I've Finally Seen It...
Hurrah, Pants, and I went to see Pride and Prejudice last night. I won't say much, except the entire movie is ruined in one small, 2 minute concluding scene. Boo.
But I will say this: Keira Knightly annoys the heck out of me. She's so angry all the time! Or at least, she always looks angry, with her squinty eyes and weirdo mouth. They should have left her out of the movie. I was distracted by her snarling gob and Domino Harvey haircut poking out from beneath her 19th century up-doo wig. Couldn't someone have fixed this? I know I wasn't the only one who saw it. Sheesh.
(Mind you, I was also looking for anything to feed my Keira loathing...)

I've always wondered if her mouth was naturally like that or if she has been working on that "look" for the past 10 years of her life.
The opening pout - for no reason, she was just reading a book - almost killed me, but the growl further on (and the fringe at the back of her head) really broke my heart. I was trying to keep an open mind. She's no Jennifer Ehle.
